How do I know which products my dog needs?+
Start with the symptom you're noticing — scratching, slowing down on walks, anxiety at fireworks, breath that could clear a room. Each product page lists exactly what's in it and what it's for. If you're not sure, email us with a quick description of your dog and we'll point you to the right one.
Will my dog actually eat these?+
We've spent a lot of time on palatability. The soft chews use carriers dogs naturally love and a recipe we've tested with picky eaters. The dental rinse is tasteless in water.
How does the subscription work?+
Subscribe to any product to save 15%. Delivered every 30 days. You can skip, swap product, change frequency or cancel at any time from your account — no emails, no phone calls.
What's your shipping policy?+
Flat $9.95 shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post standard delivery. Most metro orders arrive within 2–5 business days, regional 3–7.
Do you ship internationally?+

Can I give these alongside medication?+
We recommend talking to your vet before starting any new supplement if your dog is on medication or has an existing condition. Our supplements are designed for general nutritional support, not as a substitute for veterinary care.
